What is companion care?

  • The Companion Care Network provides seniors with one-on-one assistance in the comfort of their own home, which enables them to live independently. Companion Care Network helps seniors maintain their quality of life, and the personal attention they receive vastly improves their safety, health and happiness. In-home companion care  includes assistance with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, bathing, transportation, laundry, medication reminders, light housekeeping and companionship.

  • Meal Preparation – Prepare food for that day, or for the whole week
  • Social Engagement – Conversation, crafts, game playing, and reading
  • Accompaniment – To appointments, social events, and gatherings
  • Transportation – Driving to errands, shopping, and trips 
  • Outpatient Surgical Procedures – Transportation to/from appointments, post-procedure assistance, and monitoring
